By accessing or using the Crown Dumpster service (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Crown Dumpster provides a dumpster brokerage and dispatching platform that connects customers with waste hauling services. We act as a broker between you and licensed waste haulers in your area.
Some features require an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and may include base service fees, tonnage overage fees, rental day overages, and applicable taxes. Payment is processed by Stripe. Final pricing depends on actual service delivered, including any overage fees for excess weight or extended rental periods.
By providing payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the applicable amount to your selected payment method.
Cancellations made before dispatch are eligible for a full refund. Once a hauler has been dispatched or a dumpster has been delivered, cancellations may incur a fee at our discretion. Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will use reasonable efforts to meet requested dates but cannot be responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, hauler availability, or other factors outside our control.
You are responsible for providing safe access to the delivery location and for any property damage caused by improper site preparation.
You agree not to dispose of hazardous materials, including but not limited to: paint, batteries, tires, asbestos, medical waste, propane tanks, oil, gasoline, refrigerators with freon, electronics, or any material prohibited by federal, state, or local law. Disposing of prohibited materials may result in additional fees or refusal of service.
Each dumpster has a weight limit included in the base price. Loads exceeding the included weight will be charged at the per-ton overage rate disclosed at the time of booking. The actual weight is determined by certified scale ticket from the dump facility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crown Dumpster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Crown Dumpster and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Shawnee County, Kansas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
